The MX370PW Automatic Edgebander with Premilling and Corner Rounding is designed to be a compact and durable edgebander offered at an affordable price. This machine is equipped with premilling, end trimming, flush trimming, corner rounding, PVC scraping, and buffing. User-friendly controls and adjustments allow for efficient changeovers of edge tape thicknesses between 0.4mm & 3mm. It comes equipped with a strip feed magazine for automatic feeding of strips including wood, laminate etc.

Equipped with two access doors to allow easy access to the working units for machine adjustments and minimize the noise during operation. One door is for access to the premilling, glue pot and pressure section, and the other is for the remaining working units.
Operating control panel
Edge feeding is automatic for roller materials with a thickness of 0.4–3 mm. The operator control panel is conveniently located at the machine's infeed and controls the glue temperature, on/off for each working unit, and emergency stop button. It is equipped with a heated infeed fence that pre-heats the panel's edge for superior glue absorption for a better bond. The heating unit is located after the pre-milling unit with manual thickness adjustment with a mechanical digital counter.
Heavy-duty chain feed
The steady workpiece feeding system comprises a driven chain with rubber-covered chain pads and dual row of top idle pressure rollers. This system ensures the workpiece is held firmly and travels smoothly during the machining process to ensure the optimum edge quality.
Pre-Milling Unit
(2) counter-rotating cutterheads for removing up to 3mm of the panel edge to produce an optimum edge for applying the edge tape. This is designed to clean up edges that are poorly machined.
Quick Change Glue Pot
The 1.2 kg Teflon-coated glue pot is designed for EVA hot-melt glue. The glue is applied by a roller, and the glue amount is adjustable. The glue pot is a Quick-Change type and can be removed and replaced in less than 1 minute. Excellent for fast glue color change or maintenance. The machine comes with (1) glue pot, and additional pots are available (see options).
Guillotine shear &Strip Feed
The guillotine shear can rough trim coiled material up to 3 mm in thickness. Comes equipped with a strip feed magazine that can automatically feed strip material independently from a stack of strips. Quickly change out the knurled rollers (used for coil material) with a spiked rollers for feeding the strip material. The strip magazine has a pneumatic pressure shoe to hold strip material in place and up against the spiked roller for feeding.
Pressure rollers
The pressure roller unit consists of three spring loaded steel rollers. The purpose of the unit is to improve the glue bond between the edge and the material. Due to the "Quick" setup system, the unit is mechanically spring-loaded and can be adjusted exactly to the required edge thickness. The adjustable spring system allows for a perfect bond between the panel and edge every time.
End Trimming Unit
The end trim system is a single motor with (2) saw blades. The unit is mounted on high-precision linear guide rails, ensuring perfect cutting results for years to come. The high-frequency 12000 RPM motor meets any challenge regardless of edge type and thickness.
High-frequency top & bottom trimmers
Equipped with (2) high-frequency motors for top & bottom trimming of the panel. Each motor has an inset knife cutterhead which can be adjusted from flush to bevelled finish for thin edges, and radius trimming (2mm radius) for thicker edges is quick and easy. The high-frequency 12000 RPM motors produce a fine finish on edge materials. The motors are adjusted in and out using precision mechanical readouts for fast and accurate adjustment.
Corner Rounding Unit
Completes the finishing of the ends of the workpiece. Can process between 0.4-3mm and up to a board thickness of 1.77" (45mm). The multifunctional cutter can round straight or radius edges with a 2mm radius cutter. The motor and cutter can be adjusted in and out using a precision mechanical readout for a fast and accurate setting.
Radius Scraping
The radius scraping unit fine-tunes the edge radius while removing knife marks during the milling process on radius edging. Insert knives have a 2mm radius.
Buffing Units
The buffing unit leaves a super finish on ABS and PVC edging and removes any discoloration on the edges, which is especially noticeable when working with dark edge material.

Additional Quick-Change Gluepot
The quick-change glue pot can be exchanged in minutes. Purchasing an additional glue pot allows you to have one designated for clear glue and the other for a color such as white. All of this is to provide the optimum edge quality for your cabinet components and doors.
